Hello, I'm Mon/Cen. You can call me by those names or even Cy/Cyan. INFP-T. SEA artist.I make artworks such as illustrations, animations, comics (casually), and even pixel art.
I draw OC and fanart from varying series. My choice of medium also varies, from digital art to traditional art such as watercolor and ink. I'm an art hobbyist and a casual art enthusiast so my interests aren't as focused and specific.I use Clip Studio Paint on the PC to draw and animate; as well as Procreate to do both too.Regarding pronouns: Using a generic 'they/them' third-person pronoun to refer is okay. Then again I do not mind it much so don't worry; any is alright with me as long as in good will. Please keep in mind that English is not my native language. * Prices are baseline only and final price is subject to change more or less depending on the complexity of your commission. Final price will be further discussed through our confirmation email.
- Fees for extras such as: detailed character accessories/design, complicated pose, pets, props, etc. will also depend on complexity and detail.
- The base prices listed above are for Personal Use Commissions only.
- No deadlines for Personal Commissions as much as possible but expedition fee may be charged should you need to have your request done right away. One drawing may take 5-14 days. It may also take longer depending on factors such as complexity, commission queue, and artist schedule. I will do my best to keep the client informed.
- I am also open to working around a budget, more details on budgets may be discussed.You may check with me about your Commission details if you are unsure so that I may review it.For other Freelance work and Commercial Use inquiries, you may reach me via email.By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service.

PROCESS:

  • 1. Fill up the Commission Order Form. Be sure to read the Terms of Service, to check and review for any inquiries you might have.

  • 2. Wait for us to get back to you and confirm your order through email. We'll discuss the details and tell you when it's okay to send the payment through Ko-fi or when we'll send the invoice with PayPal.

  • 3. Important! for Ko-fi: Indicate your Name or Email in the message field of your payment.

  • 4. You will be informed when I have started on your order. I will work on an initial rough sketch for you to review and request changes.

  • 5. After settling at the sketch stage, I will continue the artwork through completion. WIPs upon request but I will send progress too when I can out of my own volition or when I need it for the client to review.

  • 6. Final artwork will be sent in PNG to client through Google Drive uploads or email. We may discuss minor revisions, if any, afterwards.

terms of service

general:

  • I have the right to refuse service with or without explanation at my discretion.

  • Payment of the Commission must be paid in full upfront unless stated otherwise. I will only start work when payment is confirmed.

  • Payments are made through Ko-Fi or through PayPal invoice.

  • For bigger Commissions, we may discuss a downpayment plan if requested.

  • Artworks are done in 300dpi with default canvas size of A4/B4/B5 or 2048px (square for bust/half body only). *If the client wants a specific size, we may discuss it through our confirmation email.

  • WIPS of your commission only upon request. I mainly send WIPS or updates for feedback.

  • No deadlines but additional charge will apply if client requests for rush or a custom deadline.

  • All of the Commissions are DIGITAL goods and no physical items will be shipped.

COMMISSION USAGE:

  • Commissions and the prices stated are for PERSONAL USE only.

  • Strictly do not resell the Commission as prints, merch, and such. For Commercial Use inquiry, please email me.

  • You are allowed to post or share the Commission but please give proper credit.

  • You cannot input the Commission into AI. This applies to all stages of the Commission.

  • Do not claim the Commission as your own work.

  • Do not re-edit/alter the finished Commission. *cropping okay

  • Do not trace/heavily-reference any of my artworks or Commissioned works.

  • You cannot make derivatives out of my artworks or Commissioned works.

  • You retain the rights of the Original Characters that you own. Likewise, in fanart work, we do not claim rights over the character or property of other IP.

  • As the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork I make and have the right to use the Commissioned works for sample purposes for my website or portfolio.

  • I have the right to retract association to and/or use of the Commissioned artwork if the ToS are broken by the customer and if should there be malicious behavior that harm others that is tied to the use of the Commission work by you.

revisions:

  • Request for changes only valid during sketch or draft stage. An Initial sketch will be provided via email before I proceed.

  • Maximum of 3 drafts only during the sketch stage for most lineart or colored works.

  • Major revisions must be settled during sketch or draft stage to avoid incurring additional fees.

  • I will allow for minor change requests regarding coloring (change tone/hue) or other requests that are easy to alter.

  • During lineart/coloring stage, if you wish to request for larger corrections and time-consuming alterations, it will be charged accordingly. (change pose, change hair, add more details, change props etc.)

  • Requesting additional details after a Finished Commission will be charged an extra.

  • Redraws of a completed Commission will be counted as a whole new order.

  • For other Commission works, I may require checking in on revisions on all stages of the artwork.

  • I will do corrections free of charge if I have made an honest mistake on your Commission within reason, such as finishing the work but forgot to include a detail as per your instruction. (ex. forgot a prop included in your request)

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

  • No refunds after payment has been received.

  • Full refunds and cancellations only applicable if:

  • 1) If I cancel a Commission at my discretion before I have started to work on it.

  • 2) If I haven't started the Commission and the customer requests to cancel within valid reason

  • Partial refund is possible for sketch stage only. (except for sketch commission types)
